For any business

More customers
through the door.
Less chaos behind
the scenes.

I build digital tools that help your business grow and run better, with or without a storefront. Some get you found in Google, maps and AI assistants. Some are software your team uses every day. Others are built from scratch, for whatever you need.

  • One person, start to finish
  • A personal reply to every enquiry

Services

A few ways I can help.

Each one is already built and running for a real shop. None of this is theoretical. And if what you need is not here, ask. Custom work is welcome.

AI and automation, built into how you work

Hand the repetitive work to AI. It reads photos, writes the daily summary, keeps your lists and handles the paperwork, inside software shaped around your business. Your team gets its time back.

  • AI vision that reads products and text from a photo
  • Running summaries written from your team's photos and notes
  • Repetitive tasks that run on their own
  • A person can always check the work
How AI fits in

Get found online

Every day, people search Google for what you sell, near you and online. More and more of them ask AI. Right now they find your competitors, or a directory listing. I fix that.

  • Found in Google and maps
  • Named by ChatGPT and other AI assistants
  • Found for what you sell, not just your name
  • Tracked so you can see it working
How this works

Software for your staff

Fill the gaps your off-the-shelf tools leave. Shaped around how your team already works, wherever they work.

  • Works on the phones and tablets you already own
  • You control what staff can and cannot see
  • AI turns photos and notes into lists and summaries
  • Your data stays yours. Export it any time.
See what it includes

A page for every product

You carry hundreds of products. None of them show up in search right now. Each one gets its own page so customers find them.

  • Every product gets its own page
  • Customers can search and filter your range
  • Staff update stock themselves, no developer needed
  • Add new products in minutes

Design that fits your business

Your website should look better than your competitors'. Not like a template anyone can buy for fifty dollars.

  • Built for phones first, because that is where customers are
  • Your website and software look like one brand
  • Fast to load, and works for everyone
  • Fully documented, so any developer can pick it up later

Something else in mind?

Custom work is welcome. If there is a problem that software or a better website could solve, tell me about it and we will work out what it would take.

Case study

Gator Tobacco & Cigars

A tobacconist in Ruskin, Florida. It started as a website. It became the system the whole shop runs on. That is one example of where a project can go.

  1. The brief

Put the whole shop online, and give the staff one place to run it.

Make every product findable. Make the shop easy to find in Google, maps and AI assistants. And replace scattered messages behind the counter with one system for stock, shifts and customers.

  2. What I built

A website for customers. A system for staff. Each stage in use as soon as it was ready.

    What customers see

Every product on its own page, with search and filters across the whole range. A guide answering what customers ask before they buy. Stock that staff keep up to date themselves.

    What staff use

Two portals, one for the owner and one for the counter. Loyalty that checks the customer is actually in the shop. Shift summaries that AI writes from the team's photos and notes. Reordering that starts with a photo of a shelf, read by AI into the buying list.

  3. Where it stands

Live, and in use behind the counter every day.

The website and both portals run the shop today, and the site keeps growing as the range does.

What is already built

Start with what already works.

These are not ideas. They run every day in a working shop, and each one can be set up for your business. If something needs changing, it gets changed. If something is missing, it gets built.

Process

How it works.

Four steps, from the first conversation to keeping things running.

  1. Talk

Tell me about your business, what is not working, and what you wish you had. I look at the whole picture, including where automation or AI could save time, and work out what will help most.

  2. Build

Work happens in stages. You see progress along the way, and priorities can change without starting over.

  3. Hand over

Your staff learn what they will actually use. Everything is written down, and your data stays yours.

  4. Keep it working

Things left alone slip. I keep track of what is working and what needs attention, and we build on it as your business grows.

Questions

Straight answers.

What people usually ask before getting in touch. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Any business that wants something built around how it works, with or without a physical location. The work I can show so far is for an independent shop with a storefront, real inventory and staff behind a counter, and the approach carries over to service businesses, online stores and fully remote teams. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and tell me about it.

Do you work with businesses in other states, or fully remote ones?

Yes, both. Everything is done remotely, so where you are only matters for your customers, not for working together. You do not need a storefront or an office either. A website, search visibility, staff software and automation work just as well for a team spread across the country as for a shop on Main Street.

Do you design and build websites?

Yes. Custom web design and development, built for phones first, fast to load and made to be found in search. A site can start simple, telling customers who you are, what you do and how to reach you, and grow into booking, ordering, product pages or staff tools later.

Can you build a CRM or customer database for my business?

Yes. The owner portal I built keeps customers, visits, rewards and notes in one place, and that is the heart of a CRM. Yours would be shaped around how you track customers, whether they walk in, book online or never meet you in person. Your customer list stays yours, and you can export it any time.

What is a staff portal?

One private place where your team does the everyday work: clocking in, checking the schedule, looking up a customer or a job, and leaving notes for whoever is next. Owners get their own view, with the numbers only they should see. It works on the phones, tablets and computers you already own, in the office, on the road or at home.

Can my team's notes and photos become a daily summary automatically?

Yes. Your team sends photos and quick notes as they work. AI reads them together and writes a running summary of the day's operations: what happened and what needs doing, ready for the owner or whoever picks up next. A person can always check it, because every summary links back to the notes behind it.

What kind of work can you automate?

Anything that follows the same steps every time. Reading documents, sorting requests, drafting replies and putting together daily reports are common examples. AI does the reading, sorting and writing, and your team steps in only where judgment matters.

What does being visible to AI assistants mean?

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI where to buy something, who to hire or who to call, it names specific businesses. A site built for this gets named. A site that is not usually gets skipped.

Is the software custom or ready-made?

Both. Some pieces already exist and are proven in a working shop, like loyalty, shift notes, reordering and staff portals, so you do not pay to build them twice. Anything specific to how you work is built for you. If you need something that does not exist yet, I can build that too.

Can you build something that is not on your site?

Yes. What you see here is what has been built so far, not the limit of what I do. If you have a problem that software or a better website could solve, tell me about it and we will work out what it would take.

How do we get started?

Send a message through the form on this page, or email hello@esperiandigital.com. Tell me about your business and what you want to fix or build. I read every enquiry myself and reply personally, usually within two business days. Then we work out what will make the biggest difference first.
